Ordering an appraisal is as easy as picking up the phone and dialing 340.776.3273. You can also slip our form into your fax and fax it, or for faster service submit the submit the request on-line.
Before proceeding, please review the areas we cover and the fees that are applicable to the type of appraisal report you are interested in having performed. Please fill out the order form and include any additional information that might be needed to accurately complete the appraisal.
Unless you have previously established an account with us, all appraisal orders must be either pre-paid or the fee must be collected @ time of the inspection. Please note, when initially placing your order for an appraisal, payment is not yet required. When we confirm and accept your request, you will be contacted by our office and provide you with a file number for your appraisal that can be used as a reference number in making your payment or other inquires. Once you receive the file number, you can return to our web site and click on the Pay Now Link.
